Further, QuickApply is committed to handling an applicant's information in a secure environment. QuickApply will disseminate information in a manner that a credit seeker or applicant would allow and as Federal and State laws require. All loan applicants who submit an application via QuickApply.com are consenting that they have read and understand the following privacy policy as stated below:

QuickApply Security

QuickApply employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to transmit data between an applicant's browser and the QuickApply web server. To use QuickApply.com, an applicant will need an SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher.

Use of Information Compiled at QuickApply.com

QuickApply's short form enables loan seekers to be matched with one or more lenders within the QuickApply network. In order to be contacted, an applicant must complete a refinance, debt consolidation, second mortgage or equity loan request by completing an application located at QuickApply.com. Once submitted, QuickApply's application technology will match a loan seeker with one to four lenders within our network. In most cases, a lender will contact a loan seeker regarding credit requests within 24 hours. There is no fee charged or billed to an applicant by QuickApply.com for the above service.

Once matched, a lender may utilize an applicant's information submitted at QuickApply.com. In addition, a lender may use this information to evaluate an applicant's eligibility, process an application or initiate and close a loan transaction. Many lenders have proprietary privacy policies regarding dissemination of personal information.

Licensed lenders are subject to Federal and State laws and regulations that for their lending practices. QuickApply has no direct control over lender information handling practices within the QuickApply lender network. However, QuickApply contractually requires lenders within our network to refrain from disclosing confidential consumer information to third parties that are not affiliated with the lending process.

QuickApply logs Internet protocol (IP) server addresses for system administration purposes and catalogs traffic patterns through this site. However, this information is not linked to an applicant's personal information.

We Want Your Information to be Accurate

QuickApply maintains reasonable commercial standards to ensure that information submitted by applicant credit seekers is used accurately within our lender network.

Affiliated Partners

QuickApply mandates that affiliated partners handle applicant information under confidential conditions. At any given time, QuickApply may enter into agreements with affiliated partners to assist QuickApply with any aspect of daily business or to perform data processing. QuickApply requires all affiliated partners to maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information. QuickApply takes these measures to support our Privacy Principles and to comply with applicable law.

Third Party Offers

QuickApply may transfer a credit seekers application submitted at QuickApply.com to third party business to bring selected retail opportunities to our members via direct mail, email and telemarketing. These businesses may include providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation and email marketing. An applicant does have the ability to opt out of by deselecting yes, I wish to receive partner offers via email. If an applicant chooses to opt out, their information will still be submitted to one or more lenders within the QuickApply network as described above.

We Hold Our Employees Accountable for Your Information

QuickApply maintains standards and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. Only authorized officers and employees are allowed to have access. QuickApply has entered into employee agreements to prohibit disclosure of applicant information without authorization.
